JEWEllery care

My jewellery is delicate, so please handle it with care. Do not tug on the necklaces or earrings as they will break. Follow these tips to enjoy your jewellery for a long time:

  • To clean your pieces, wipe softly with a damp cloth.

  • Store in a clean, dry place.

  • Avoid contact with oils, cream, hair spray or perfume etc.

  • Do not leave your pieces in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

  • Remember to take off your jewellery before swimming, showering or going to bed.

  • Sterling silver or silver-plated items can be buffed gently with a silver impregnated cloth to maintain their shine.

returns / refunds

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY OF MY JEWELLERY, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.

If an item has been worn, it must be washed to remove your scent. It is not possible to wash some of the items I sell as this may damage them. It is not right to sell a worn or washed item as new to anyone. I’m sure you’d agree.

damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package if something is not right with your order or products. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Should your item arrive damaged, faulty products will be replaced.

Please note all my creations are handmade. This means that differences in colour, finish and texture may occur, making each piece unique with the possibility of slight variations and imperfections.

Secure payments are handled via a Payfast payment gateway for payments using debit or credit cards.

custom orders

The majority of my pieces are once-off and one-of-a-kind creations. However, if you simply long for your own piece in a different length or colour, you are welcome to contact me to discuss your requirements further. Please contact me here
