Shipping
Although I strive to fulfil orders as soon as possible, the processing of your order may take up to 5 (five) to 7(seven) business days before it is ready for shipment or pick-up (depending on the option you chose at check-out).
Domestic delivery
Free delivery for orders valued at R500,00 and more. A flat rate of R60,00 is charged for all other deliveries within main areas in South Africa (via FastWay / DSV / The Courier Guy or similar) for parcels within certain weight and volume limits. Should your parcel exceed these limits, you will be informed accordingly.
Deliveries / shipments are made using the “economy service”. The courier services I use only operate from Mondays to Fridays. Should you require express delivery, please contact me here to make arrangements. I will do my best, but express deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery takes 2-3 business days (main areas) and 2-6 business days (other areas).
After receiving your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive a follow-up e-mail when your order has been shipped (including the order tracking number). You can track your delivery progress through the courier’s website.
International deliveries
Estimated at R500,00 per package, however please contact me for a quote BEFORE placing your order to confirm.
